Q: I've tried to lose weight before and it never stays off. Can you help me with that?

Of course!  That’s what we do.  In my experience, the number one reason why people fall of the wagon is not because of their food choices or exercise regimen.  I know, that sounds nuts!  But, its true.  The real reason is an individuals psychology and how their paradigm keeps them from their best selves.

Q: What makes your program better than others out there?

Our works.  We dont sell gimmicks, fads, or useless products.  The only thing that counts when getting into shape is consistency.

Q: How much can I expect to lose?

It really depends on the dedication of the individual client.  However, losing 15 pounds per month has been accomplished using our program.

Q: I've been fat most of my life, I don't think I can ever be trim. Why should I even try?
